February 25, 2022 – In her defense of a youth sports association, Pam Warnock Blair accomplished summary judgments in four consolidated cases arising from a tragic bus accident.

September 1, 2021 – Rick Wackerfuss and Courtney Vest accomplished a summary judgment dismissal of claims against homeowners for an alleged dog bite to a termite services company employee.

June 23, 2021 – Richard Wackerfuss and Pam Blair accomplished a summary judgment dismissal of all claims against their regional chain restaurant client in a beer-line contamination case.

October 5, 2020 – Marc A. Sorin secured a summary judgment dismissal for his pharmacist and his employer in a health care liability action which the Tennessee Court of Appeals affirmed.

October 8, 2020 – Pam Warnock Blair obtained a judgment in a bench trial for her contractor client including the amount sought in collection and attorney’s fees.

August 17, 2020 – Pam Warnock Blair won a summary judgment for her client, a Defendant in a tragic Arkansas bus accident by persuading the Court of the absence of evidence of negligent hiring and requisite agency.

July 16, 2020 – Richard Wackerfuss secured a summary judgment dismissal on behalf of a Mississippi grocery chain of a premises liability suit based on a slip and fall which was affirmed by the Mississippi Court of Appeals on appeal.

January 9, 2020 – Pam Warnock Blair secured a favorable trial verdict including money damages, injunctive relief, and attorney fees for her regional retail franchisor client.

October 15, 2019 – Ben Arnold was sworn into the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee by the Honorable Harry S. Mattice, Jr.

June 16, 2019 – Nick Bragorgos and Pam Blair secured a jury trial verdict for their national restaurant chain client greater than three million dollars less than its client’s last settlement offer – in a claim arising from a third party criminal act.

May 22, 2019 – Jon W. Tidwell secured a directed verdict on behalf of a Memphis business successfully arguing that the plaintiff’s proof at trial failed to establish the claims of liability against the firm’s client.
