At the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Jon W. Tidwell successfully argued that the Shelby County Circuit Court erred in refusing to set aside a default judgment, resulting in the case being remanded on appeal.

Agreeing with Jon W. Tidwell’s arguments, the Tennessee Court of Appeals vacated the trial court’s order denying a motion to set aside the judgment, which awarded the plaintiff nearly $250,000 against the firm’s out-of-state client.
