

Biography
Marc Sorin is an AV rated attorney with 30 years’ experience in defense litigation. Much of that experience involves cases with allegations of catastrophic injuries or death. Mr. Sorin represents long term care facilities, hospitals and individual health care providers in negligence and medical malpractice cases. He has represented trucking companies and individual drivers in injury and death cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents. He represents contractors in construction disputes and personal injury claims. He represents retailers and other businesses in premises liability cases, many of which result in summary judgment. He litigates class action cases. He also has a significant appellate practice.
