Jon Tidwell represents the interests of individuals and businesses in complex litigation throughout Tennessee. Practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and contractual liability, Jon has secured remarkably favorable resolutions for his clients in the state and federal courts and at the appellate level.
Before pursuing his law degree, Jon earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from the University of Mississippi. During law school, Jon participated in multiple trial and appellate competitions across the country, and he completed internships with the Mississippi Attorney General’s Office and Hinds County Mississippi Public Defender’s Office. Jon also clerked for established litigation firms while completing his legal education.
Jon began his career focusing on criminal defense and plaintiff-oriented civil practice, with an emphasis on personal injury and health care liability. Since joining McNabb, Bragorgos, Burgess & Sorin, Jon has successfully prosecuted and defended a broad range of complex civil actions on behalf of the firm’s clients in the below practice areas.
